Who doesn’t enjoy a smoothie, this is a lovely simple smoothie recipe using some of my favourite ingredients banana and cinnamon. Sweetened with a little honey, this banana cinnamon smoothie tastes just sublime. It’s great for breakfast or if you’re like me need an energy boost mid morning then this is perfect.
I made the smoothie for my children as an alternative to their usual snack and they absolutely loved it.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 medium bananas
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons runny honey
1. Chop the bananas into chunks, then put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Serve in tall glasses.
So quick and easy, yet ever so tasty. Enjoy!
